If your question isn't answered here, message us directly on WhatsApp and we'll get back to you the same day.
We're an online tutoring service for A Level students across the UK. We match you with a tutor who has actually taught your specific subject and exam board, then run lessons over video call at a time that suits you.
Message us on WhatsApp or fill in the short form on our homepage with your subject, exam board, and what you're struggling with. We'll reply, usually the same day, and take it from there.
Every tutor we work with has been vetted through an ID check, a subject knowledge review, and a short mock lesson before we assign them any students. We only match tutors to subjects and exam boards they've actually taught before.
Once we've matched you with a tutor, we book a free demo lesson so you can see if it's the right fit before committing to anything. There's no pressure and no charge. If you like how it went, we move on to setting up a regular schedule. If it's not quite right, we'll try matching you with someone else.
If you're happy with the tutor, we agree on a fixed weekly schedule together and confirm pricing, either hourly or as a discounted bundle of hours. We'll also send over our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at this point, so everything's clear before your first paid session.
We don't run our own app or platform. Lessons take place over Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams, whichever your tutor prefers, all of which support a shared whiteboard, screen sharing, and file sharing for working through problems together in real time.
Where useful, lessons can be recorded with your agreement, so you can watch back explanations later when you're revising. Just ask your tutor to record the session, and we'll share the link with you afterwards.
Yes. Tutors share notes, worked examples, and any practice questions covered in the lesson, usually sent over WhatsApp or email so you can review them before your next session.
Yes, just send it over WhatsApp before your lesson and let us know what you'd like to focus on, and your tutor will come prepared.
Just a laptop, tablet, or phone with a stable internet connection and the relevant video call app installed. Nothing else to download or set up.
Pricing starts at £25 per hour, with discounted bundles available if you book multiple sessions in advance. We'll confirm your exact rate once you know your subject and how often you'd like lessons.
Once you've agreed a schedule with your tutor, we'll send a secure payment link that accepts card payment. Payment is taken in advance of sessions or session bundles.
If you've paid for a bundle and need to stop lessons, message us and we'll work out a fair refund for any unused sessions on a case-by-case basis.
Message us on WhatsApp as early as possible. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where you can manage it, so your tutor's time can be rearranged fairly.
Yes. If a tutor isn't the right fit, let us know and we'll match you with someone else, no hard feelings.
We'll let you know as early as possible and offer to reschedule at the next available time, or arrange a substitute tutor if you'd prefer not to wait.
All lessons happen over video call on well-known platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams), never through private messaging alone. We encourage parents or guardians to be aware of and involved in the booking process, especially for students under 18, and we're happy to be introduced to a parent directly if that gives extra peace of mind.
Every tutor goes through an identity check, a review of their subject knowledge and teaching background, and a short mock lesson before they're matched with any student.
We expect every session to be conducted respectfully and professionally. If a student or parent ever raises a concern about a tutor's conduct, we take it seriously, investigate promptly, and will end the arrangement if needed.
Our full Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy cover this in more detail, including how we handle your data and what happens in the event of a dispute.
