Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

What we collect. When you get in touch, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the subject/exam board you tell us, either through our contact form or directly via WhatsApp.

How we use it. We use your details to match you with a suitable tutor, arrange lessons, and handle any related billing. We don't sell your information to third parties.

WhatsApp. Messages you send us via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to ours. We keep a record of conversations for the purpose of scheduling and support.

Payment information. We don't store your card details ourselves; payments are processed through our payment provider, who handle that data under their own security standards.

How long we keep it. We keep your details for as long as you're an active or prospective student with us, and for a reasonable period after in case you return.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Just message us on WhatsApp or email us.

Under-18s. Many of our students are under 18. Where a student is under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian is aware of and involved in the booking process.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page.
