Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are. The Sixth Form Society ("we", "us") arranges one-to-one online A Level tutoring, matching students with independent tutors based on subject and exam board.

2. Booking lessons. Lessons are booked directly with us via WhatsApp or our contact form. Pricing is confirmed before your first paid session; any free or discounted trial lesson will be clearly stated as such at the time of booking.

3. Payment. Payment is collected in advance of sessions or session bundles, via the payment method we confirm with you at the time of booking. Bundles are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling. You can reschedule or cancel a session by messaging us on WhatsApp. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible; late cancellations may be chargeable at our discretion, communicated to you in advance.

5. Tutor matching. We aim to match you with a tutor experienced in your specific subject and exam board. If a match isn't working for you, tell us and we'll find an alternative where possible.

6. Conduct. Sessions should be conducted respectfully by both student and tutor. We reserve the right to end a tutoring arrangement if this isn't the case.

7. Liability. We do our best to match students with capable, subject-appropriate tutors, but we can't guarantee specific grade outcomes. Our liability is limited to the value of the services paid for.

8. Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version will always be on this page.
